DBA8200: Doctoral Project Leadership Plan

Each business project is situated in a unique local or global community.  The project will present a wide variety of challenges including timing, employee engagement, and organizational shifts in visions.  Students in this course will design a personalized Doctoral Project Leadership Plan demonstrating strengths correlated with project demands. The Business Project Leadership Plan includes numerous assessments to determine strengths and feedback on the plan from peers is intended to enhance the approach for the short and long-term.
