In our global world, organizations and individuals face complexity. Often, there are few technical solutions and many adaptive partial answers to wicked problems. Each individual within an organization holds a worldview further adding to the complexity of identifying viable responses. Students in this course will explore models of conflict among diverse stakeholders and determine plausible approaches to the resolution of business challenges. As leaders, each student will also practically apply the tenets of the conflict models to determine a unique, best fit for various business situations.
