DBAC6020: Methods of Leading Change

This course provides an overview of methods to effectively lead local and global change efforts based on research from the field.  Students will identify a business challenge, determine key stakeholder groups, and apply transformational and entrepreneurial change strategies as practical applications. Leadership qualities in engaging in complexity will be identified and supported through Peer to Peer Mentoring.
