DBAC7000: Psychology of Organizational Transformation

Psychology is the application of social science methods and principles to industrial and organizational behaviors. Students will consider teams, motivations, individual differences, attitudes, and emotions relevant to work, stress, and well-being. Equity, fairness, and diversity within complex systems will be considered in light of leadership development and organizational transformational models.  The ultimate objective of this discipline is to maximize both employee well-being and organizational effectiveness.
