DBAC7020: Technology, Innovation and Creativity in Business

This course discusses the need for the global organization to understand business challenges addressed by utilizing emerging technologies to contribute to decision-making processes through innovation and creativity.  Students learn how to deliver value and lead business capabilities through incorporating unique IT solutions.  An emphasis is placed on discussing the role of the “hybrid business leader,” implementing appropriate business-driven technologies and leading global IT organizational projects with the thoughtfulness of inclusion, diversity, and equity. This course includes concepts and considerations critical to the ethical globalization of business operations and information technology.
