DBAC7030: Leadership and Ethics in the Global Economy

This course provides an exploration of the significance of values and ethics as they relate to the global leadership of complex organizations. Students will explore how the values and ethics of a complex organization are established and communicated, and how ethical behavior in the organizations is influenced by the personal beliefs, values, and ethical standards of leaders at every level.  Students will also examine how an organization and its leaders can introduce change in order to encourage ethical behavior and social responsibility.
