DBAC7040: Leadership by Design

The challenges faced by leaders in business in the complex global economy cannot be solely addressed by traditional means. Students in this course will develop skills in design thinking, and entrepreneurial leadership skills to address emergent challenges. Instead of focusing only on performing the tasks in the organizational systems, students will apply design thinking models and add reflection to their skill set. Design thinking leverages creativity to accelerate innovation in these complex systems.
