DBAC7050: Transformational Leadership in Organizations and Communities

Students in this course focus on considering an array of leadership models and practices that have emerged over time and been influenced by philosophy and history.  This course provides the conceptual perspectives for self-assessment. Each student will evaluate their leadership strengths and design an individualized approach to leadership that will effectively support their unique organization and community. Through peer mentoring, students will create a personalized leadership development plan for the longer term.
