DBAC8300 : Doctoral Project Implementation

Students in this course implement the project plan and the pivots developed in GDBA 8100.  The implementation leverages systems thinking and is a demonstration of rapid deployment with equally rapid feedback and calibration.  Leaders of the project are expected to successfully demonstrate change leadership approaches and consistently test assumptions for effective change.  Feedback from their TBA and peers is critical for success.
