Students are invited to critically examine how personal growth, self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and identity development shape a global leader’s capacity to drive meaningful change in complex and emergent global systems. The course emphasizes the inner work of leadership—how leaders evolve through challenge, reflection, and purpose. Students will engage in personal inquiry, supported by emergent peer mentoring frameworks and experiential learning practices to better understand their own leadership mindset, biases, and transformative potential.
