This capstone course invites students to synthesize academic learning, practicum experience, and personal transformation into a culminating integration paper that reflects their understanding of transpersonal leadership within a veteran context. Students articulate how lived experience and the tools acquired throughout the program can be applied in service to others—through peer support, community initiatives, public leadership, or personal development.
The integration paper demonstrates each student’s evolving leadership philosophy and outlines a practical vision for applying these insights within veteran and civilian communities. A three-day in-person immersion includes peer presentations, collaborative reflection, and ceremonial recognition of the cohort’s collective learning journey.
